WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

CloserStill Media are looking for a Conference Producer who is Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills. You are a skilled networker and have outstanding interpersonal skills.

THE ROLE:

  • Work with the content marketing and sales teams to develop implement and produce content across online and conference channels for our French technology events
  • Identify and recruit relevant speakers via research networking and existing contacts to achieve target requirements
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key industry partners and leverage connections to involve in conference programming and the effective promotion of the events
  • Research important industry topics and keep up to date with industry trends to ensure streams of content are relevant to the audiences
  • Research and identify relevant industry and specific sector agencies associations and media organisations for partnership
  • Secure agreements with partners and content contributors
  • Work with speakers and partners to produce content including interviews and Q&A pieces
  • Support the marketing and content teams to ensure the marketability and effective promotion of conference programmes
  • Run onsite and virtual conferences
  • As well as our French shows support the speaker recruitment across the tech portfolio (including but not limited to London Tech and TechWeek Frankfurt)

ABOUT YOU:

  • Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and networking skills
  • Experience of working in events or conference production or with a keen interest to do so (desirable)
  • Able to quickly understand develop an understanding of technological market
  • Able to research and effectively identify trends and opportunities e.g. identifying hot topics and musthave speakers
  • Able to utilise persuasive and diplomatic skills to encourage senior executives attend events as speakers
  • Able to work and deliver to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively multitask
  • Experience of running a budget (desirable)
  • Strong IT skills and systems management (e.g. experience working with content management systems databases email marketing and marketing automation software)
