Role Overview

The Account Growth Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients ensuring their success with SaleCycles solutions while identifying and capitalising on upsell and crosssell opportunities. This role focuses on client retention satisfaction and growing revenue within the existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Conduct regular cadence with customers to ensure proximity.
  • Build strong relationships with clients understanding their business objectives and
  • challenges.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling to drive revenue growth; own the full sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Develop customised account plans to align SaleCycles solutions with client goals to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Ensure successful renewal of client contracts by delivering exceptional service and value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide clients with insights on industry trends product updates and best practices.
  • Monitor account health and prepare performance reports to track success metrics.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market trends to position SaleCycle as a strategic partner.

Skills & Competencies

  • Relationship Management: Ability to build strong trustbased relationships with clients understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Confident in identifying revenue opportunities presenting solutions persuasively and handling negotiations effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to different stakeholders.
  • ProblemSolving: Proactive and resourceful in resolving client challenges with a focus on delivering value and maintaining satisfaction.
  • DataDriven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret account performance data track success metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively with internal teams including sales marketing product and customer success to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritise multiple accounts meetings and projects while maintaining high levels of responsiveness and service.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in account management customer success or a related role in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and meet revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and account management tools.
