ABOUT THE ROLE:
The firms expanding Land UsePractice Group is seeking a mid to seniorlevel associate 47 years of experience) for their Orange Countyoffice. This attorney will be creating innovative costeffective solutions to the most complex problem facing employers in California and will contribute to the reputation for market leading solutions.This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate looking to collaborate and represent developers property owners and investors in projects from the planning phasethrough the complect regulatory compliance and approval process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 47 years of workexperience related to land use and natural resources matters
- Experience with land use due diligence processing entitlements and environmental review under CEQA is required
- Experience with natural resources wetlands endangered speciesCalifornia Coastal Commission BCDC the Subdivision Map Act and/or NHPA is a plus
- Land Use and/or CEQA litigation experience is also a plus
- Excellent legal writing skills and academic credentials
- Active California Bar admission
- Detailoriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically
- Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented fastpaced environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Compensation: $240000 $310000
