Hybrid: Minimum of 2 days in the office per week
Join SBS a global leader in financial technology and play a key role in shaping the future of banking and financial services. We are looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to drive impactful marketing campaigns events and AccountBased Marketing (ABM) strategies that engage key accounts and generate business growth.
What Youll Do
As a Field Marketing Manager you will:
- Develop and implement AccountBased Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and generate highquality leads.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to maximise the impact of marketing campaigns and drive revenue growth.
- Plan and execute online and inperson marketing events working with partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Analyse campaign and event performance optimising strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Manage and enhance our database of prospects and clients to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in field marketing and project management with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of the banking or IT industry.
- Customerfocused and resultsoriented and the ability to follow a plan and deliver results daily.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Planning and organizational skills to ensure the smooth of events and campaigns.
- Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and teams.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful ABM strategies.
- Ability to identify and segment key accounts for targeted campaigns.
