Job Description
Here are some of the main job duties:
o Review open orders report and prepare staging forms for future shipments.
o Ensure all loads are labeled stenciled and braced appropriately.
o Maintain appearance of warehouse and shipping docks.
o Unload packaged raw materials and store in appropriate rack.
o Monitor empty drum inventory and inform supervisor when drums are needed assist in unloading.
o Receive non inventory deliveries check for accuracy receive PO into system
o Monitor inventory for consumables (e.g. pallets shrink wrap Tygard seals)
o Repackage damaged drums and handle customer returns.
o Load and unload trucks containers
o Print labels
o Produce shipment paperwork
o Process shipments and receipts in Chempax
o Conduct routine cycle counts
o Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Responsible Care Management System®
o Fill open shifts in production operator schedule when vacations and shortterm leave occurs (may be on short notice)
o Have the competency to run dryers 14 and 56
o Develop the competency to run liquids
o Load and unload bulk trucks
o Produce batches
o Transfer products in tank
o Perform Chempax production entry
o Perform in process testing
o Check for errors in inventory and correct
o Enter data into Synergy
