Job Description

Were currently looking for a detailoriented and organized individual to join our team as an administrative and office assistant. In this role you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily office activities.

Job Purpose

The main purpose of the administrative and office assistant is to provide the necessary administrative support to our staff and management boosting overall productivity. This includes managing schedules organizing files handling correspondence and assisting with various office tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff and management.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Organize files and documents for easy accessibility and efficient workflow.
  • Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with various office tasks as needed to enhance productivity.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administrative support or similar role.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
