Your mission
- You proactively identify and engage potential candidates for our open positions through a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Xing and social media platforms.
- You serve as the first point of contact for candidates crafting compelling and personalized outreach messages to capture their interest.
- You provide support to your team throughout the entire recruitment process ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- You gain valuable insights into general HR management building a strong foundation for your professional growth.
Your profile
- You are currently living and studying in Hamburg and are seeking a fulltime internship in Human Resources.
- You are available for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
- You bring an open communicative and motivated attitude to the table.
- You are highly organized and thrive when working independently.
- You are fluent in both German and English enabling you to excel in a multilingual environment.
