Your main tasks

• Customer acquisition: Assist in proactively identifying and acquiring new customers contributing to the expansion of the customer portfolio and continued growth in the region.
• Customer consulting & Business development: Learn the ropes of technical sales in providing expert advice to potential and existing customers developing tailored CAD/CAM solutions to meet their needs.
• Product presentations: Support in organizing and attending product presentations delivered by our application engineers showcasing the capabilities of our CAD/CAM products in realworld applications.
• Representation of OPEN MIND at trade fairs and events: Establishing new contacts maintaining existing relationships and increasing the visibility and success of our company through an active presence at trade fairs and events.
• Longterm customer loyalty: Assist in maintaining and strengthening longterm customer relationships contributing to customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Sales cycle management: Learn and support the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals by mastering CRMManagement and Sales Administration preparing quotes and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical and Sales Team to ensure the best solutions are proposed to customers.
• Reporting: Report on activities and results gaining insights into sales strategies and progress

Your profile

• Experience: You may have some experience in sales or customer management ideally in technical fields or you are eager to start your career in sales. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow in a technical sales environment.
• Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of CAD/CAM technical processes and manufacturing technologies is preferred with a strong desire to build technical sales expertise.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on longterm relationship building.
  • Goaloriented and proactive with a hunter mentality to drive growth.
  • Independent and collaborative with the ability to work effectively with the team.
  • Detailoriented organized and comfortable with technology to accurately update and manage CRM data
• Location: Singapore
• Driving: Singapore driving license and flexibility for South East Asia travel.
