Tasks
- Oversee and manage all onsite activities to ensure compliance with architectural plans and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors architects and engineers to address any issues and ensure the timely progression of the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status including progress delays and any necessary adjustments to schedules or budgets.
- Manage and supervise site personnel ensuring effective communication and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in architecture engineering construction management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision within the architecture and planning industry.
- Proficient knowledge of construction procedures regulations and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage site teams and liaise with clients.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans accurately.
