Job Description

Reporting to the Product Manager the Product Analyst supports the Product Owners in managing a product stack in the Commercial Systems domain. You will support the design maintenance communication and delivery of the product vision and roadmap. You will engage key stakeholders across Jetstar Groups and Technology teams to connect and drive value in an agile delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Product Owner and Product Manager in developing and maintaining the product roadmap while ensuring compliance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business needs
- Assisting with the development and launch of new products and features
- Working closely with Product BAs Delivery and QA teams to deliver application and system changes initiatives and projects impacting the product stack
- Consult on projects impacting the product stack
- Analysing product performance user behaviour and engagement metrics for improvement opportunities
- Assist in managing vendors of systems applications and hardware
- Be an escalation contact for product issues impacting operations and compliance
Youll have:
- Tertiary qualification in business / Information Technology
- 12 years experience in developing analysing designing or running software and technology products
- Experience in Airline reservation systems (e.g. Navitaire New Skies) is preferred
- Experience in Agile methodologies and product management tools preferred
- Excellent documentation skills experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred
- Proven experience in engaging and collaborating with key business and technology stakeholders as well as service partners and vendors.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
