We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
As a Senior MERN Stack Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing developing and maintaining highquality web applications. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create scalable efficient and userfriendly solutions. Your expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB Express.js React Node.js) will be critical in driving our projects to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Lead the architecture design and implementation of web applications using the MERN stack.
Code Quality: Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers designers and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit tests integration tests and endtoend tests.
Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues providing timely solutions.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of code processes and product architecture.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends recommending new tools and technologies to enhance our development process.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on the MERN stack.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MongoDB Express.js React and Node.js.
Strong understanding of JavaScript HTML CSS and related web technologies.
Experience with RESTful APIs and thirdparty libraries.
Familiarity with version control systems particularly Git.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.
Experience with cloud services (AWS Azure Google Cloud) is a plus.
