Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Angular 17.
  • Collaborate with designers using Figma to create and refine UI/UX designs.
  • Utilize the GAIA framework for efficient and scalable application development.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure highquality code.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout the development process.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements particularly in finance or insurance environments.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of handson experience in Angular development.
  • Strong understanding of the GAIA framework and Figma.
  • Familiarity with coding standards code management unit testing and CI/CD.
  • Good problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (N1 or N2 level).
  • Experience in the life insurance domain is an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Angular 17 GAIA framework and Figma.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills (for Manager role).

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
