Job Description
Wide Ripples Digital Inc. a Canadabased digital marketing agency is looking for a highly skilled and analytical SEO Manager to lead and grow our SEO efforts from our Lahore office.
The ideal candidate is resultsdriven deeply knowledgeable in SEO strategies analytics and onpage/offpage optimization and able to manage a team while delivering strong growth in organic traffic and rankings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for company and client websites.
- Conduct indepth keyword research competitive analysis and site audits.
- Manage and mentor the SEO team setting clear KPIs and tracking performance.
- Oversee onpage and offpage SEO efforts including content optimization internal linking and link building.
- Collaborate with content creators designers and developers to implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs etc.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present SEO reports insights and recommendations to the management.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing IT or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in SEO with at least 1 year in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong command over technical SEO onpage and offpage optimization.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics GSC SEMrush Ahrefs Screaming Frog etc.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Excellent understanding of ranking factors SEO KPIs and search engine algorithms.
- Strong leadership communication and reporting skills.
