What We re Looking For Tertiary IT Qualification (or equivalent experience). Expertise in Microsoft SCCM including OSD, Task Sequences, Client Deployment, and Patch Management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft services Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS. Proficiency in PowerShell & Windows Scripting automation is your superpower! Experience in ITIL processes Incident, Change & Problem Management. Great problem-solving skills ability to troubleshoot issues at all levels. Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with teams across different levels. Bonus Points for: Hands-on Intune administration experience. Previous exposure to large-scale IT environments and enterprise security standards. Ability to mentor junior team members and share best practices
