Job Description

About the Role:

  • Engagement & Conversion Rates across CRM Channels
  • Customer Retention & Repeat Purchase Rates
  • Churn Prevention & Customer Resurrection Metrics
  • CRM Campaign Performance & ROI
  • Growth in contribution of RedTab Loyalty Program to overall business
  • Effectiveness of Customer Segmentation & Personalization
  • Plan execute and optimize multichannel CRM campaigns to boost customer engagement and ROI.
  • Use customer data and tools like CleverTap to create targeted segments and automate personalized journeys.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Ensure a seamless personalized experience across all CRM touchpoints to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align CRM efforts with business and marketing objectives.

About you:

  • Bachelors Business/Engineering/Statistics. MBA (not a must but will be good to have)

  • 57 years of experience in CRM Lifecycle Marketing or Loyalty Management preferably in Fashion Retail or D2C Ecommerce.
  • Handson experience with CRM tools like CleverTap MoEngage Netcore or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation retention strategies and churn prevention.
  • Experience in conceptualizing and executing reports and dashboards
  • Experience in running multichannel campaigns across Email SMS WhatsApp and Push Notifications.
