Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: Miami FL
Job Type: FullTime
Salary: $80K $90K Benefits
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to backfill a key role at our Miami plant. This individual will oversee a team of 34 maintenance staff including electrical personnel. The Maintenance Manager will report to the Plant Manager who reports to the Branch Manager.
The team consists of experienced professionals with 3 7 and 25 years of tenure at the company. It is essential that the candidate aligns well with our company culture which values teamwork accountability and strong leadership.

Required Qualifications:
Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Experience (Strong background required)
Electrical Proficiency (Not necessarily an engineer or electrician but strong maintenance expertise)
People Management Skills (See details below)
Bilingual: English & Spanish (French/Creole is a plus)
Industry Experience: Chemical industry background preferred
