Job Description

Company Overview: We are a premier wholesale distributor of nonferrous metals renowned for providing topquality aluminum raw materials and aluminum wheels. Our operations extend across the US and Mexico serving multinational conglomerates metal brokers and fabrication industries.


Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to support our management team. This role involves preparing timely reports light bookkeeping and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and provide necessary reports in a timely manner to support management decisions.
  • Conduct light bookkeeping duties.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in using Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Work independently while adhering to established guidelines.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks and duties as required for optimal customer service.


Requirements:

  • Korean Bilingual (basic is okay)
  • Professional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work autonomously within set guidelines.
  • Prior experience in logistics or accounting is preferred.


Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9am 6pm.
