Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with expertise in vertical construction. If you have experience leading largescale projects such as midrise highrise data centers or distribution centers this could be a great opportunity for you!

Locations: Atlanta GA Lake Charles LA USA

Requirements

o Strong leadership skills

o Strong problemsolving and analytical skills

o Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detailoriented

o Strong working knowledge of programs such as BIM Primavera Excel Word and MS Project

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o A proven track record of organizing project team to accomplish project goals

o Effective negotiation and contract management skills to represent the company with the Owner

o Wellrounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines

o 510 years previous commercial construction management experience is required

o Medium to large project experience $20M) is required (ASK candidates specifically for the $$ value of projects)

o Bachelors Degree Construction Management Engineering or other related fields.
