Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy & Supplier Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with Aventa s business objectives.
Identify evaluate and establish strong relationships with suppliers manufacturers and logistics partners.
Negotiate contracts pricing and terms to secure the best value for the company.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies industry regulations and sustainability standards.
Cost Management & Process Optimization
Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Monitor and analyze procurement expenses identifying costsaving opportunities.
Implement best practices in procurement planning forecasting and supplier performance management.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Oversee inventory management to ensure timely availability of EV components charging stations and other critical supplies.
Work closely with logistics partners to ensure efficient shipping and delivery of goods.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
Crossfunctional Collaboration & Performance Tracking
Collaborate with internal teams including Operations Sales and Finance to align procurement strategies with business needs.
Monitor key procurement metrics and provide regular reports on supplier performance cost savings and operational efficiency.
Implement technologydriven solutions for procurement tracking and reporting.
Industry Trends & Compliance
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and market fluctuations in the EV and energy sectors.
Ensure compliance with local and international procurement regulations customs requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Supply Chain Management Procurement Business Administration or a related field.
10 years of experience in procurement with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the automotive energy or technology industries is an advantage.
Technical & Procurement Skills
Strong expertise in procurement strategy supplier negotiations and contract management.
Proficiency in procurement software ERP systems and inventory management tools.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on cost efficiency and quality control.
