We are seeking a Recruiter to oversee the recruitment process for our sales roles in Silchar Assam. The ideal candidate should be proficient in identifying engaging and hiring qualified candidates from the local talent pool. They should have indepth knowledge of the regions recruitment dynamics be fluent in the local language(s) and understand the nuances of the local job market.
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing interviewing and selecting the best candidates to fulfill salesrelated roles across various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing Candidates Proactively source and identify potential candidates for sales positions through various channels including job portals social media employee referrals and direct outreach.
2. Screening and Interviewing Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and fit for the sales roles.
3. Managing the recruitment process Manage endtoend recruitment for sales roles ensuring a smooth process from job posting to offer acceptance.
4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers Work closely with sales team leaders and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role ensuring alignment with job descriptions and expectations.
5. Market Intelligence Stay updated on local market trends compensation benchmarks and recruitment best practices specific to the sales industry in Silchar Assam.
