Job Overview
Report to HR Business Partner you play a pivotal role in contributing to SEEKs headcount expansion in the region and to deliver its longterm vision and growth ambitions. This role is above and beyond just typical recruitment and HR operations and has vast opportunities to improve existing processes to drive standardization best practice and optimization.
Key Objectives of the Role
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes to meet local teams hiring needs including job advertisement posting interview arrangement onboarding etc
- Support the preparation of monthly payroll final payment and taxation issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in HRIS implementation and system migration
- Maintain and update accurate personal records in HR system and Pfile system
- Assist in driving a highperformance culture and build a productive workforce through the implementation of cultural initiatives incentives and employee engagement
- Perform the adhoc assignment as required
Qualifications :
Skills Experience and Competencies
- Bachelors Degree or above in Human Resources Management or businessrelated disciplines
- Possess at least 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources in sizeable organisation
- Wellversed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
- Detailminded responsible and able to meet tight schedules and deadline
- Proactive multitasked and able to work in fastpaced environment
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- You are deeply passionate about technology and eager to learn new things
- Proven subjectmatter expert in direct sourcing and thinking outside the box
- Immediate available is highly preferred
