We are looking for a Solution Architect with significant experience in designing solutions customer requirements clarifications etc. to join our PMO team. As a Solution Architect you will be part of the growing team on the crossroads of the projects products and management helping delivery teams to estimate and design the solutions.
We expect the Solution Architect to:
- Analyze the feasibility of creating the requested software product
- Define the basic architecture of the software product for the customer
- Define key user cases for the software
- Create generic architectural diagrams and solution descriptions for the software
- Develop templates for highlevel solution architecture/design for new software products based on customer inputs (detailed software architecture skills are NOT required)
- Create componentbased architecture of the solution based on the template
- Negotiate with potential customers clarifying requirements
- Communicate with experts within the companys departments
- Participate in presale calls and perform product demos
- Estimate the project with the development team(s)
- Participate in the discovery phases of upcoming projects and leads.
Qualifications :
Your Superhero Toolkit (aka Musthave skills):
- A shiny Bachelors or Masters degree (preferably in Computer Science Engineering or Management) or equivalent realworld battle scars
- 5 years of navigating the wild seas of the Software Development industry (bonus points if youve wrestled a bug and won)
- A black belt in industry software engineering practices and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle not Some Ducks Love Cheese)
- People skills so good you could charm a grumpy cat (ability to work with teams across the multiverse... err... organization)
- Word wizardry in English both written and spoken (fluency is a must Klingon is optional)
- Problemsolving skills sharp enough to cut through a Gordian knot (with high attention to detail because nobody likes a messy knotcutter)
- Knowledge of capital markets or online trading platforms (because who doesnt love a good stock market rollercoaster)
Your Secret Weapons (aka Nicetohave skills):
- A Swiss Army knife background in Project Management Software Architecture and Software Development (the more hats you can juggle the merrier)
- Russian language skills (because sometimes Da is all you need to say)
