Job Description
Drive the development refactoring and scaling of the application using React TypeScript and Python.
Lead a team of junior engineers ensuring highquality code best practices and production standards.
Collaborate with product managers and clients to align technical solutions with business goals.
Architect and implement new features improving performance and maintainability.
Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services.
Conduct code reviews optimize performance and maintain strong testing and deployment processes.
Qualifications :
Experience leading teams mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.
Strong understanding of Python for backend development.
Experience in fullstack development building both frontend and backend components.
Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively share knowledge and contribute to team success.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to highquality solutions.
