You will join our Business Architecture Process and Continuous Improvement (BAPCI) team. The teams vision is to shape Rests success through organisational agility and operational efficiency with a focus on improving process maturity and delivering targeted improvement initiatives.
The Senior Process Analyst (Business Analyst) Insurance Claims position is to support the delivery of targeted improvement of business process initiatives within our Insurance and Claims area.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Influence the daytoday performance of Claims Handling and Insurance Administration at MUFG/TAL/AIA on behalf of Rest as Trustee.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of key claims and Insurance Administration service performance indicators.
- Identify and lead and drive claims and insurance administration improvement initiatives and activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders internally with Rest and with our partners to ensure a strong working relationship that facilitates better understanding of issues and opportunities. Using this understanding to ideate and improve services.
- Analyse and keep up to date knowledge of insurance servicing trends to ensure Rests service operation is best practice.
- Deliver targeted process improvement initiatives in line with our Business Process Management capabilities and practices in support of improving process maturity.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree.
- Professional certification. E.g. IIBA (Business Analyst) BPMN2.0 or similar industry standard certification preferred.
Required experience understanding or credentials including:
- Strong operations experience in the insurance Claims is highly desirable or similar with a strong understanding of superannuation administration processing and service delivery.
- Knowledge of best practice customer services and managing service standards.
- Business Analysis experience to analyse build business requirements and develop business architecture and process mapping for Insurance Claims administration and service delivery processes.
- Experience in comprehending business processes endtoend ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their intricacies and dependencies.
- Appreciation for business and process architecture enabling a deeper understanding of the organisations structural components and their impact on processes.
- Review and improve processes analyse and interpret data to problem solve identify predict trends and use this knowledge to design improved service for our members & employers.
- Highly developed strategic analytical problem solving issues management and evaluation skills to deliver innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication facilitation consultation negotiation and reporting/presentation skills including the ability to influence people at all levels and foster and maintain collaborative working relationships both within and outside the organisation.
- Previous experience in managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in delivered outputs or products.
- Proven ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
