The Email Marketing Specialist will support the companywide database marketing efforts both in strategy and . S/he will manage the daytoday operations of a variety of email campaigns enewsletters optin strategy and other areas of our expanding email marketing plans. Requires good analytical skills to filter prioritize and/or consolidate requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute email marketing best practices
- Build edit and update email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Create the strategic vision of journeys or ad hoc campaigns including lead generation revenue campaigns informational sends etc.
- QA (review) and deploy email campaigns or journeys using SFMC
- Collaborate with marketing managers designers copywriters and project managers to see the project through the process deployment and analysis
- Provide reporting on email campaigns
- Continuously build upon previous success to learn and drive additional revenue (including A/B testing personalization etc.
- Maintain the email send calendar and meet deadlines for target launch dates
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications :

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred with a minimum of 1 2 years of experience in email marketing or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
- Knowledge of CANSPAM CCPA and GDPR email regulations
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred
- Experience with SQL
- Familiarity with HTML and AMPscript
- Experience in the Hospitality/Tourism industry is preferred
- Strong organizational time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced work environment
- Ability to problem solve and pay meticulous attention to detail
- Adept at multitasking
- Ability to work inoffice in a Monday through Friday schedule
