Job Description

Overview
The HR Recruiter plays a vital role in the talent acquisition process acting as a bridge between the organization and potential candidates. This position is essential for sourcing attracting and selecting the best talent to meet the companys needs while enhancing overall employee satisfaction and retention. The HR Recruiter utilizes various recruitment strategies to identify potential candidates including job postings networking and social media outreach. They also conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that the selection process aligns with the companys culture and values. By effectively managing the recruitment cycle the HR Recruiter contributes to building a strong workforce driving company success and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
  • Problemsolving skills to address challenges during the recruitment process.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
  • Experience in conducting behavioral interviews.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
