The People & Culture Program Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing People & Culture programs that ensure efficient organizational functioning in order to meet business objectives. Working under general supervision this role evaluates employee training and skill development tracks projects and analyzes departmental data to promote efficiency and productivity within the organization.
This position will lead our succession planning programs in addition to managing the administrative fellowship program and report to our VP People Consulting.
Talent Pool: Corporate Services/Professional
Required: 4 years of related experience
Preferred: 13 years experience with short and longterm succession planning programs
Project Management experience
Ability to work independently
