Warehouse Inventory Team Member

We are excited to announce an opening for a Warehouse Associate position based in Ft. Lauderdale Florida
The role of the Warehouse Associate encompasses a variety of responsibilities including receiving materials and equipment preparing batteries and equipment for shipment managing s logs and engaging in the ATT and VZW equipment return process. This process involves scanning equipment into Excel and a Warehouse inventory app coordinating with customers and scanning equipment to pallets. Additional duties include stocking materials maintaining organization conducting inventory counts and occasionally picking up equipment.
This position requires some travel to support our Orlando Florida warehouse.
The position also provides opportunities to assist in fieldwork as needed allowing for a diverse and engaging work experience.
In addition to the primary responsibilities the Warehouse Associate position at Alpine Power Systems requires specific skills and qualifications to ensure success in this role. These include:
Good working knowledge of Excel: The candidate must be proficient in using Excel for various tasks including data entry and analysis which are crucial for managing inventory and processing equipment returns.
Strong Organizational Skills: The role demands excellent organizational abilities to efficiently handle materials maintain inventory and ensure smooth operations in the warehouse.
Forklift Certification or Previous Forklift Experience: The candidate should either be certified to operate a forklift or have prior experience in forklift operations as this is essential for managing the movement of heavy materials and equipment.
Ability to Learn How to Drive a Box Truck:
These skills are vital to the effective of the Warehouse Associates duties and contribute significantly to the overall efficiency and productivity of Alpine Power Systems operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
