The team
Responsibilities of the team include undertaking social work assessments S47 investigations and supporting families where a child is in need or there is a child protection plan. The team work directly with children and families who present with a range of complex needs with intervention from prebirth to eighteen years old.
There is an emphasis on trauma informed and relationshipbased practice underpinned by Suffolks Signs of Safety framework alongside well embedded partnership working in the local community.
There are opportunities for training and career progression with a strong team and learning culture.
