This internship is designed to provide a fresh graduate with valuable insights into the sales process customer relationship management lead generation and market analysis. The Sales Intern will contribute to the achievement of sales goals by assisting with administrative tasks preparing sales materials and supporting client outreach efforts.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in daytoday operations.
Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information.
Coordinate sales meetings and appointments.
Support client followup efforts through email and phone communication.
Assist in the development of client engagement strategies.
Conduct preliminary research on potential clients.
Identify and research potential leads using various online and offline resources.
Assist in qualifying leads based on predetermined criteria.
Input lead information into the CRM system.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities and provide insights to the sales team.
Compile data and create reports on market trends and customer preferences.
Manage salesrelated documentation.
Prepare reports on sales activities and performance.
Assist in organizing sales events and campaigns.
Handle phone calls and inquiries from prospects and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field recent graduate.
Strong interest in sales and the software industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Very good in English is preferred.
