up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a fastgrowing property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service and streamlined solutions for property owners. They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to help expand their client base and enhance their sales efforts.

Position Overview:

The Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in driving lead generation managing sales campaigns and setting appointments. This position is ideal for a proactive detailoriented professional with strong communication skills and a marketing mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads qualify prospects and ensure accurate CRM tracking.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and property reviews.
  • Execute outbound campaigns and monitor performance.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track followups.


Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience with GSuite.
  • Sales & marketing mindset with a proactive approach.


NicetoHaves:

  • Familiarity with AIdriven bid optimization tools.
  • Familiarity with LeadSimple & AppFolio.
  • 1 year of experience in property management real estate business development or sales.
