We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Protection Program Manager to provide worldclass discreet and professional close protection services to Clevel executives board members and highprofile personnel. This role will lead the tactical of personal security operations including advance planning travel protection venue security and threat response.
The ideal candidate is a physically fit and emotionally intelligent professional with deep experience in executive protection a proactive mindset and a strong ability to operate in dynamic highpressure environments while maintaining discretion and professionalism. This role will also collaborate with crossfunctional teams external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless integration of personal security into business operations.

This role requires unwavering commitment to confidentiality trust and ethical conduct. The Executive Protection Program Manager operates at the highest levels of the organization and must consistently demonstrate the utmost discretion integrity and respect for sensitive executive and company information.
For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $152700 $267300 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
