Description
Deliverables: Provide program and project management and coordination expertise throughout the lifecycle of this complex set of initiatives affecting people processes and technology. This includes the planning coordination implementation and migration of clients to new products and services including the Microsoft Teams Phone Service and SoftwareDefined Wide Area Networking and Broadband network services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning coordination and implementation of technical service and solutions large scale migrations (over 1500 locations across the Province of Ontario) and product enhancements as determined by the intiative. This will include the introduction and transition from legacy network and voice services to new enhanced offerings. There will be heavy client engagement needed to migrate services with Ministry and Cluster clients.

1. Service implementation migration and transformation experience 35
Parameters:
- Candidates service implementation migration and transformation experience especially as it relates to Ontario Government services.
- Proven knowledge telecommunications infrastructure rationalization design and migration.
- Demonstrated experience with leading I& IT product/service migrations including working knowledge of migration methodologies vendor management and interdependencies particularly as they relate to Ontario Government telecommunications services.
- Ability to plan and execute enterprise/ largescale voice network and SDWAN and broadband internet service migrations.
2. Expertise and experience with Enterprise Project Management 25
Parameters:
- Description of the candidates expertise and experience with Enterprise Project Management especially in the context of Ontario Government telecommunications services.
- The candidates depth of experience leading complex Enterprise level projects related to technology implementations and transformations and user migrations especially as they pertain to Ontario Government telecommunications services.
- Demonstrated experience of PM methodologies experience in creating project charters integrated plan development tracking issues/risks managing and reporting project financials. Developing documents plans and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within defined program timelines.
3. Communication skills 10
Parameters:
- Demonstrated experience working with key stakeholders and vendor partners (internal and external) and using communication skills to effectively negotiate and document any project and processrelated status information and obtain support from key stakeholders and clients on projectrelated deliverables.
- Political acuity tact and advising program leads on project risks and issues.
