Deliverables: Strategic Business Analysis and Technical Expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
The Resource will provide strategic advice and technical expertise on Data Centre Network (DCN) infrastructure services in order to facilitate the development and deployment of complex NM operationalization plans. New DCN Technologies will consist of modernized Network architecture and technologies including switches routers firewalls load balancers and SDWAN technology to be delivered based on the clients service specifications standards policies best practices and cost models. This will include the drafting of strategic documents presentations financial models. The Resource will also lead and/or support the posting of Second stage RFDs (request for deliverables) working with various Government Data Centre Operations support teams to accomplish a successful RFD outcome.

1. In depth knowledge of Data Centre Networks (DCN) Infrastructure Technology and Architecture 30
Parameters:
- Demonstrated 10 years experience working at an Enterprise level in a technical or business capacity with experience in nTiered Data Centre Networks and TierIV Data Centre environments.
2. Experience deploying new complex DCN Technologies in a TierIV Certified Data Centre 20
Parameters:
- 0 years preparing/developing and executing implementation and cutover plans for modernized Data Centre Network gear such as routers switches firewalls and Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) Fabric environments related to complex Enterprise Data Centre Networks hosted in a certified TierIV Data Centre.
3. Understanding of DCN service strategies and provider models as well as SysTrust and PCI compliancy 10
Parameters:
- 8 years experience evaluating analyzing and developing Data Centre Network strategies and models and working in environments that are subject to annual SysTrust and PCI audits.
4. Experience analyzing and evaluating service delivery models for DCN 10
Parameters:
- 8 years conducting business analysis related to Data Centre service delivery and evaluating service delivery models for next generation services such as Hybrid Cloud; onpremis private and offpremis public cloud IaaS SaaS and PaaS.
Must haves:
- Demonstrated 10 years experience working at an Enterprise level in a technical or business capacity with experience in nTiered Data Centre Networks and TierIV Data Centre environments.
Nice to Have:
Prior OPS experience
