Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (Onsite)
Salary: 1942 EUR per month
Signing Bonus: 1022 EUR
Type of Contract: Permanent
Work Schedule: MondaySunday 10:00 AM 2:00 AM 5 days a week 40 hours per week 8 hours per day; 2 days off)

Requirements:
EU citizenship or Bulgarian residence permit
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Fluency in both languages written and verbal
Working proficiency in English
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries via multiple communication channels (email chat and phone)
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative you will be the face of the brand delivering excellent service through inbound calls live chat email and social media channels. The majority of your responsibilities will focus on 95 email and chat support with 5 inbound phone calls.
Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Communication: Handle communications through various channels including email chat and phone support
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns providing solutions or escalating when necessary
Brand Representation: Maintain a professional demeanor and a high level of brand integrity in all customer interactions
