- Approve Customer Contracts in ERP (Oracle Project Billing module);
- Liaise with the PMO community whenever required;
- Making the revenue process controls established through the internal policies;
- Prepare reports and reconciliations;
- Posting manual journals;
- Assist with monthend closing and SOXrelated activities;
- Respond to all business inquiries;
- Support Team Lead and Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant in responding to Audit and Business queries and in identifying and implementing Process Improvements;
- Timely and accurate solving of all internal/external queries related to these responsibilities;
- Continuously improve processes;
- Open to working cross markets;
- Special and ad hoc projects as assigned by AR Team Leader;
- Standard Operating Procedure creation and updating.
Qualifications :
- BA in Economics or Finance;
- Ideally 3 years of experience within the financial area;
- Good communication and customer contact skills; good problemresolution skills;
- Knowledge of IFRS15 is desirable;
- Fluency in English;
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
