Join our dynamic team at the iconic Redcoat Caf located within Scotlands number one visitor attraction Edinburgh Castle. Were looking for an experienced and driven Caf Manager to help lead a thriving operation with an annual turnover of 2 million.
This highvolume counterservice caf offers baristastyle coffee and a grabandgo menu. Youll be a key member of our frontofhouse management team of five working together to deliver exceptional service in a fastpaced touristdriven environment.
The caf operates 7 days a week and youll be expected to work 5 days out of 7 including weekends as part of a rota.
Salary: 30000 to 32000

About the Cafe Manager role:
Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs efficiently and smoothly
Maintain consistently high standards of customer service and experience
Drive improvements in both sales and service through proactive initiatives
Support team development with regular feedback coaching and mentoring
Uphold strict food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
Provide occasional support for evening events as required
The ideal candidate will bring strong food and beverage knowledge exceptional customer service and proven leadership abilities
