Were looking for Job Coaches InWork Support Consultants and Employment Engagement Consultants to join our dedicated and passionate team in Sydney East Metro region.
***NO PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY***

Qualifications :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problemsolving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using job search and recruitment tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
- Adaptability and empathy in client interactions
- Goaloriented mindset with a focus on positive outcomes
- Knowledge of local job market and employment trends (preferred)
