Objectives of this role
Drive digital innovation IT/ tech roadmap across ERP CRM other tech programs and serve as a change agent
throughout the organization.
Set and implement the digital strategy and execute by working with crossfunctional partners to map and transition
analogy processes to digital ones.
Be an evangelist championing the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the
top down.
Ensure collaboration knowledge sharing and digital best practices among partners and colleagues to help
establish a robust digital ecosystem.
Measure ROI for digital projects finetuning approaches as needed to ensure that were investing in the
appropriate tools and resources.
Responsibilities
Develop a clear and compelling digitalstrategy forthe companys future.
Ensure that digital initiatives are fully integrated with the strategicplanning process including leadership
commitment and resource allocation.
Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digitalsolutions for products services processes
customer experiences marketing channels and business models.
Own and monitor the digital innovation project portfolio.
Build manage and continue to grow a digital innovation ecosystem both internal and external
Identify new age tools (AI digital CRM etc. that can support and enhance our solutions.
Work closely with Human Resources to attract and retain top talent and to build digital capabilities across the
company.
Required skills and qualifications.
15 years of experience in designing and launching digital platforms.
Proven leadership of successful digital transformation projects like SAP S/4HANA CRM Data analytics
Cybersecurity SoC tools etc leading client business/tech and SI teams
Understanding of core business processes and their associated technical solutions
Ability to take strategic decisions on IT cost investments roadmaps etc
Deep understanding on license procurement and cost negotiations specially on S/4 CRM cybersecurity SoC tool
partners
Should have played project management roles to manage entire software development lifecycle and understands
various stages complexities and approval process during the deployments
An innovative and disruptive mindset constantly looking forward.
Experience in managing and leading a digital team.
Proven skills for influencing and collaborating with coworkers.

Advanced degree in business technology or engineering along with Certifications.
