Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager (Steel Construction)
Location: Hayward CA
Role: Overseeing steel construction projects ensuring compliance with contract requirements managing project schedules coordinating with clients and inspectors
Responsibilities: Overseeing projects reviewing plans and specifications issuing purchase requests processing RFIs and change orders managing schedules attending site meetings cost control training and allocating projects to Project Engineers
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering Construction Management Architecture or equivalent teamoriented attitude proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Adobe Acrobat ability to understand Architectural and Structural Drawings clear and concise communication in English
