Job Description

Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Chicago IL(Hybrid(Tues Wed & Thurs)

Duration: 6 Months

A true Program Manager HR Rewards Program

  • Financial industry huge plus
  • Working across a rewards program such as with payroll compensation etc. (HR functions)
  • Must have experience setting up a program rolling out new process with operational needs / process stand up governance
  • 10 years experience Seasoned program manager not a project manager who has led 23 projects but a true program manager.
  • Specific knowledge of the Total Rewards i.e. benefits compensation rewards would all be preferred.
  • Large financial institution experience is a plus understand the regulations environment risk compliance etc would stand out more
Will work across leading program for Changes / optimization around rewards

Some technology needs but have people who can support this
Some redesign of operations
Vendor solutions needs
Generalized Program Manager working across COE anything related to rewards such as compensation payroll etc
A lot of this role is rolling out new process with operational needs/process
Use clarity for time keeping MS Project web version understand Azure PowerPoint

Full JD:

Experienced Program Manager to support both technical and business process driven implementations to ensure successful measurable outcomes. With oversight from the HR Governance and Strategic group project managers will lead large projects and programs with technical and business process requirements following the formal SDLC (software development lifecycle) framework required for risk mitigation and quality control as well as all Enterprise Change Management requirements as required. Project plans will include milestones for all stages of project lifecycle including (but not limited to) collection of business requirements build/configuration testing implementation and change management such as communication and training plans. Project Managers will be required to build maintain track and report on all aspects of a project plan including dependency with change management and communications provide meaningful metrics for status raise issues and actively manage risk. The project manager will accomplish the tasks through collaboration across end user as necessary and may be responsible for leading a project team.

1. Seasoned multidisciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise
2. Focus of role is on of strategic direction of business function activities
3. Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues

Years of Experience: Seasoned expert with extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 15 years and/or equivalent experience
