Job Description
What youll be doing:
- Develop and implement product design strategies that uphold best practices and deliver highquality user experiences.
- Create and refine usercentered designs for web applications ensuring seamless interactions and a cohesive visual identity.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and enhance product functionality.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to address design challenges ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Enhance the customer journey for both direct users and their end customers optimizing interactions at every touchpoint.
- Improve user interactivity to drive onboarding conversion adoption and growth through thoughtful design.
- Continuously refine design processes and contribute to innovation in product development.
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- 5 years of experience as product designer with a strong focus on user experience product strategy and problemsolving.
- Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive scalable product solutions.
- Strong expertise in user research data analysis and usability testing using insights to drive product improvements.
- Proficiency in defining and optimizing user journeys onboarding flows and conversion strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (such as Figma Sketch and Adobe XD).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude Google Analytics or Mixpanel).
- Strong understanding of accessibility scalability and performance considerations in product development.
- UpperIntermediate English (written and verbal).
- Able to work hybrid in our great Rotterdam office 2 or 3 days at the office)
