Job Description
Position: Business Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Reports To: Chief of Staff
Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst at Rentomojo you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational effectiveness by leveraging advanced analytics and stakeholder management skills. You will be responsible for monitoring daily metrics analyzing data to identify trends and insights and collaborating with various departments to implement strategic improvements across operations supply chain and risk management areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth data analysis using SQL and Python to extract insights and support decisionmaking processes.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics daily identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization to gather requirements communicate insights and facilitate actionable strategies.
- Participate in the design and implementation of operational supply chain and risk management initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain analytical models and dashboards for ongoing performance tracking and reporting.
- Lead crossfunctional projects from conception through to ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Serve as a liaison between the operations team and other departments ensuring smooth communication and effective stakeholder management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong background in operations supply chain and risk management.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for analytics purposes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing metrics on a daily basis
