Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has delivered CRM projects/has experience in Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Salesforce delivery projects ensuring timely and highquality .
- Implement Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
- Serve as a Scrum Master driving Agile best practices within crossfunctional teams.
- Proactively track and manage dependencies risks and issues ensuring alignment across teams and external vendors operating under different methodologies.
- Utilize JIRA including JQL queries and dashboard creation for effective reporting and issue tracking.
- Develop and maintain project plans using tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
- Manage RAID logs (Risks Assumptions Issues and Dependencies) with a strong focus on risk mitigation and issue resolution.
- Hold teams accountable for their deliverables ensuring continuous progress and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce delivery projects.
- Strong experience in Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- A proactive driven mindset someone who is not afraid to hold teams accountable and ensure progress.
- Confident in Jira including JQL queries and dashboard creation for reporting.
- Ability to manage and track dependencies that fall outside of the Agile delivery process ensuring alignment with other teams or vendors operating under different methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project / Smartsheet to compile project plans.
- RAID management skills with a focus on risk mitigation and issue resolutions.
