Job Description
ARHS Group part of Accenture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join as a Team Lead (Delivery Lead) & Scrum Master for one of our clients in Brussels a key player on the Belgian energy market.
Context: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 FullTime Employees (FTE) in a complex and large organization with a sophisticated release management process. This role requires a strong background in delivery and team leadership within an agile context.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 FTEs.
- Conduct detailed sprint planning to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Report status to internal management and client counterparts.
- Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies.
- Manage dependencies with other teams.
Qualifications :
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in delivery and team leadership within a complex and large organization.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience in working with ATCI.
- Able to thrive in a hybrid work environment: possibility to come to the Brussels office twice a week.
Technical Skills:
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Dutch or French is highly desirable.
