Job Description
- Lider de Testes NVH Responsvel por interpretar as necessidades tcnicas dos clientes nos permetros de NVH (acstica e vibraes) liderar e realizar testes objetivos e subjetivos. Fazer anlises de reclamaes cliente (QFS NEVQS NCBS) leitura de verbatins cliente (carta de identidade digital).
- Analisar subjetivamente e objetivamente os problemas identificados no veculo (com testes fisicos auxiliando desmontagens e verificaes).
- Propor solues tcnicas inovadoras para os problemas detectados (melhor relao custoeficcia).
- Instrumentar sensores sobre o veculo e realizar medies com o sistema LMS Scadas.
Participar do desenvolvimento de projetos utilizando as ferramentas LUP REVS Oneval NPDM.
Qualifications :
- Conhecimento tcnico sobre acstica veicular (NVH) rudos de funcionamento (motor rodagem aerodinmico) e emergentes (caixa HVAC DA rudos parasitas). Conhecimento sobre qualidade sonora (Loudness Sharpness Articulation Index).
- Imprescindvel domnio do software LMS Scadas (Siemens) e conhecimento em instrumentao de sensores para anlise e aquisio de dados. Conhecimento bsico das ferramentas de simulao de rudos (CFD Abaqus). Conhecimento em mtodos geis SCRUM Design thinking.
- Domnio Microsoft Excel Power Point (intermedirio).
- Ingls avanado. Carteira B
- Desejvel conhecimento das enquetes cliente QFS NEQVS NCBS e da Carta de identidade Digital sendo um diferencial conhecimento das ferramentas de trabalho internas LUP REVS Oneval V3P NPDM.
