You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a skilled Accountant Back Office Executive with expertise in handling subsidies strong technical knowledge of MS Excel and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles financial documentation and subsidyrelated procedures.
Accounting & Financial Management:
Maintain financial records and ledgers.
Process invoices payments and receipts.
Assist in tax and compliancerelated documentation.
Subsidy Handling:
Prepare and manage documents related to government and private subsidies.
Stay updated with various subsidy schemes eligibility criteria and application processes.
Coordinate with government agencies and financial institutions for subsidy approvals.
Back Office Operations:
Data entry documentation and recordkeeping.
Assist in preparing reports and financial statements.
Support administrative and clerical tasks.
MS Excel & Technical Tasks:
Create and manage complex spreadsheets.
Use formulas pivot tables VLOOKUP and other Excel functions.
Generate financial reports and data analysis.
Coordination & Communication:
Collaborate with different departments for financial data and subsidyrelated activities.
Interact with auditors banks and government authorities when required.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance.
25 years of experience in accounting and backoffice operations.
Proficiency in Tally MS Excel (Advanced) and other accounting software.
Knowledge of government subsidies financial schemes and documentation.
Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in subsidyrelated work in the manufacturing agriculture or finance sector.
Knowledge of GST TDS and Income Tax filings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
