You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Back Office Support Executive to manage administrative tasks coordinate with teams and provide support for operational activities. The ideal candidate should be wellorganized detailoriented and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Manage and maintain records files and databases.
Process and verify documents invoices and reports.
Assist in preparing business correspondence and reports.
Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Provide support to sales accounts and other departments as needed.
Respond to emails inquiries and follow up on pending issues.
Coordinate with vendors clients and internal teams for smooth operations.
Assist in scheduling meetings calls and followups.
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
Handle confidential documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare and submit reports to management on daily/weekly/monthly activities.
Bachelor’s degree (B BBA BA etc. or relevant experience in a similar role.
15 years of experience in backoffice administrative or support functions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and data management tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
