Job Description
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
Have a graduate degree in Computer and Information Systems Technology or an equivalent level of qualification or professional accreditation by a related engineering Institute or professional body
Experience with Amazon AWS cloud environment (IAM EC2 ALB Cloudfront Cloudformation WAF Monitoring Storage Cognito)
Handson experience with Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers
Experience with DevOps practices including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Proficiency in managing and securing VPC networks firewalls and access control.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch ELK Stack Prometheus).
Administer configure and manage AWS services such as EC2 S3 RDS IAM and VPC
Provide Level 2/3 support for AWSrelated issues investigating and resolving operational problems in a timely manner
Provision and maintain virtual machines storage and databases on AWS ensuring high availability and performance
Manage and optimize AWS networking components like VPCs subnets route tables VPNs and Direct Connect
Automate the deployment and management of AWS resources using AWS CloudFormation Terraform or similar tools
Develop scripts (Python Bash PowerShell) to automate routine tasks such as instance management backups and scaling
Perform other duties as may be required
