Job Description
Title: Application Support Analyst (Quest STAT for Oracle EBS)
Location: Remote
Client: City of Philadelphia
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
The objective of this role is to install various Stat architecture components and establish connectivity with all ERP environments along the migration path. The consultant will collaborate with the Customer s Stat system administrator(s) and systems management team(s) to implement and configure the Stat application components ensuring successful integration and functionality.
Responsibilities:
Installation & Configuration
Install and configure the following Stat application components:
Stat system administration client
Stat application database
Stat central agent
Other Stat agents as required
Define connections and ensure proper integration with ERP environments.
Perform system configuration and setup to align with business requirements.
Testing & Validation:
Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing phases.
Support optional configuration and testing based on customer needs.
Project Management & Change Management
Participate in project initiation and planning activities.
Conduct change management process review and system design analysis.
Develop and execute implementation strategies in coordination with project teams.
Manage risk assessments and mitigation planning.
Training & Support:
Conduct System Administration User Enablement Sessions.
Facilitate Developer User Enablement Sessions.
Deliver enduser training and provide postproduction support.
Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials.
Perform a Stat Health Check to ensure system stability and efficiency.
Production Deployment & Ongoing Support:
Oversee the production rollout and implementation.
Provide production support and assist with troubleshooting postdeployment.
Document project wrapup activities and lessons learned.
Technical Skills:
System Administration Experience in configuring and maintaining enterprise applications.
ERP Connections Knowledge of ERP systems and experience in defining and managing system connections.
Data Migration Handson experience with data migration ensuring data integrity and security.
Testing & Debugging Understanding of system testing UAT processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
Project Management Skills
Project Planning Ability to develop detailed project plans timelines and milestones.
Technical Project Management Experience managing technical projects from initiation to completion.
Resource Management Ability to coordinate and manage resources across teams.
Risk Management Capability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Soft Skills:
Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
ProblemSolving Ability to analyze and resolve technical and functional issues effectively.
Customer Service Commitment to providing excellent client service and managing expectations.
Team Collaboration Proven ability to work crossfunctionally with different teams.
Additional Experience:
Training & Enablement Experience in designing and delivering user training programs.
Documentation Ability to create detailed user documentation and training guides.
Continuous Learning Willingness to stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.
